This resource could be used as a complete lesson. Information cards are provided about the experiences of four countries under British colonial rule, and how they became independent - India, Kenya, Jamaica and Ghana. The class can be divided into four groups and present the reasons for withdrawal of British rule for each country. A table is provided to help structure the feedback task.

Love this ! A whole lesson sorted. Great grid at the end too to ensure ALL students are actively engaged with the peer-teach element. Extension activity can be given as a homework task if there is not time in class. Thank you.
